Port of Gibraltar is the best destination. Because of its strategic location at the gateway to the Mediterranean. The port has top quality maritime services, and enjoyable VAT- free shopping and various tourist attractions.

Gibraltar is fourth in the cruise port rankings for the Iberian Peninsula after Barcelona, Lisbon and Malaga. On my three months stay here inside the bay I always observed different sizes of cruise ship to name "Independence of the Seas with a capacity of 3,600 passengers.

According to Port of Gibraltar the two busiest periods of the year are spring and late autumn owing to the migration of ships from the Carribean to the Mediterranean in spring and back in late autumn.
